Staff are experienced to generate sales and hotel sales leads, response handle, solve potential service recovery issues for the hotels, and increase goodwill. A typical hotel campaign is structured for a comprehensive 15 – 22 weeks outbound calling period per annum, and supported by year round freephone customer services support for enquiries.
Direct Marketing and E-Procurement
Extensive and easy to use e-commerce capabilities provide for online membership sales, renewals and recommendations, dining reservations, full membership benefit information, membership invitations, special offers and comprehensive hotel details. Each hotel is provided with a templated mini loyalty website to act as an information portal for potential joining members and a service centre for members. Sales campaigns are supported with targeted corporate intranet awareness as required with key corporates.
Comprehensive Loyalty Infrastructure
Our departments comprise of:- Customer Services, Sales, Sales Development, Administration, Fulfilment and Web-Development and each is invested in heavily and are integral to each other.
